numerous activities and entertainment. The leisure centre operates on a
'pay and play'
basis and is open throughout the year. There's now a public Wi-Fi
wireless internet access available throughout GL1, via 'The Cloud'.
GL1 for Swimming PoolsGL1
has a magnificent complex of four pools with a variety of sessions for
beginners and splashers to serious swimmers. Have fun with the slide,
jets, geysers and bubble beds of the Tad Pool. Learn or improve your
swimming in the Elver Pool. Clock up a few lengths in the vari-depth

GL1 - MembershipsAt GL1 you are able to pay-and-play for most
activities without the need for membership, but if you use the centre
regularly, want unlimited access to HORIZONS Health & Fitness, or
you are a Gloucester City resident - you could save money by becoming a
GO! Card holder. GL1 membership.
GL1 - Disabled AccessThe
complex has excellent access and facilities for disabled visitors with
easy access to all areas. Disabled parking is available outside the
front doors, and lifts or ramped access to all areas. Hearing aid
induction loops, disabled changing and toilet facilities and swimming
pool chair lifts have been integrated into the complex.
